In lieu of our previously scheduled snow tubing event, Boy Scout Troop 306 is inviting all first and second year Webelos Scouts in Arlington to join us instead for..... SWIMMING! We'll swim from 1:00-3:00 pm on Saturday, January 20th, at 411 Unquity Road in Milton, MA.
We will be swimming at a heated, indoor pool owned and operated by the Boston Minuteman Council of the Boy Scouts of America. The pool is located in the Egan Center building, which is the newest and biggest building you will see at the Council property called Camp Sayre in Milton. There is a large parking lot directly in front of the Egan Center. We will have some scouts guiding for those who can arrive by 1:00 pm. Driving directions are provided below.
There is no cost to participate in this event, but there are two paperwork requirements for youth participants:
1) Class 1 health form completed and signed by parent/guardian. You just need to fill out the bottom part of Page 1 and the top part of Page 2. (We do not need a doctor's signature, nor the lower part of page 2.)
2) Signed Troop 306 permission slip.
